Café Della is a neighborhood café, bakery, and market in the heart of Hailey, Idaho. We serve fresh coffee, house-made pastries, seasonal breakfast and lunch, curated wines, prepared meals, and Della-made goods to take home.
Della is built around the kind of food people return to again and again. Stop in for a pastry and coffee, meet a friend for lunch, pick up dinner to take home, or find something thoughtful to share. Some items are longtime Della staples, while others change with the season and what feels fresh, available, and inspiring.
For office lunches, gatherings, and easy entertaining, we also offer special orders for pickup.
Sourcing with Care
We believe good food starts with good ingredients. Whenever possible, we work with local farms, ranches, and producers, choosing high-quality, sustainable, and organic ingredients that reflect the season and support our community.
That same care carries through our bakery, café, and market. We proudly serve Idaho-roasted DOMA Coffee and craft pastries, cakes, cookies, and sourdough focaccia from scratch. In our market, you’ll find prepared meals, fresh salads, sauces, dips, curated wines, seasonal local goods like eggs, produce, and honey, and house-made favorites to bring home.
